A Kali-like goddess adorns the wall of the Renuka Yellamma shrine located at Lalaguda. The shrine's caretaker insists the figures shown in the painting are Renuka Yellamma and King Karthaveerya. Renuka Yellama is deemed an incarnation of Kali. While most other images depict goddesses with four, six, eight, or ten arms, here she is shown with nine arms.
