This temple located in Maredpally is dedicated to Nalla Pochamma. On one side of the entrance is Pothuraju, her brother. The red mound in front of the shrine is his shrine. This temple is viewed as the cause of traffic problems as it juts onto the narrow road. The residents of the locality, however, have petitioned the GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) against demolishing the shrine. Digital Photograph, Joe Christopher, Hyderabad, 2008.
