After an Engineering degree and a decade in Advertising industry, Sourav Roy has completed two masters programmes in Modern & Contemporary Indian Art History (Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum, Mumbai, 2013) as well as in Indian Arts & Aesthetics (School of Arts & Aesthetics, JNU, 2016). He contributes to publications on visual arts and is currently a 'research vagrant'.
